Client Communication Policy


Erman Retirement Advisory uses the following methods to communicate directly with clients: telephone, fax, letter, email, and voice mail. 

Erman Retirement Advisory uses e-mail to correspond with clients.

For your security, we do require that no Personally Identifiable Information (PII) is shared on your e-mail communications to the office. Personally, Identifiable Information includes (but is not limited to): full name, address, social security number or other identifying number or code, etc. If we do receive an e-mail message containing Personally Identifiable Information it will be deleted for your information protection and security.

Secure Electronic File Sharing

Erman Retirement Advisory recommends all our clients use the AdviceWorks Client Portal. This secure online portal allows for clients to securely be able to upload and download files with our office. If you would like to sign up for the portal or need assistance accessing the portal, please contact the office at (562) 546-6021

Voicemail

Voice mail is checked throughout the day. If your call is answered by voice mail during normal business hours of 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., chances are that all lines were busy and a staff member will return your call within the hour. Trade instructions cannot be left on the office’s voicemail message system.

Urgent Communication

Erman Retirement Advisory will never use e-mail for urgent communication, and we ask that you not use e-mail for any urgent communications, as we cannot ensure that it will be received timely.
